SHIPPING: All orders are delivered and tracked via Auspost and sent from Australia.
Orders are processed from Monday-Friday and dispatched the same day if purchased before 11am. All orders placed after 11am are sent the following business day.
Please allow 24 hours for processing orders and to receive tracking number/ confirmation of order shipment.

Exchange only based on discretion of our customer care team. Must be within 3 days of receiving product. Garment care instructions must have been followed. All garments have passed quality control process prior to sending. Exchange does not apply to wear & tear. Exchange only applicable when product is unworn & tagged as received.
To return an item please email our customer care team & firstname.lastname@example.org as our exchanges must be agreed upon with our team prior to sending back. Our team will then send you a returns form for you to fill out & process.
SHONDEL is not held liable for return postage costs, this cost is at your own expense. We advise our customers to take note of the tracking number when sending goods back, we are not responsible for any loss of packages whilst being returned.
