RETURNS POLICY
Although we doubt you will want to return your pieces, in the event that you do..
Return requests must be initiated via email to info@shondel.com.au and made within 4 days of you receiving your order.
Return Postal costs are the customers cost.
Items must be returned in the original condition and packaging, with tags still attached, and original packing slip included.
Returned items deemed damaged, or not in the original condition will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to reject and decline returns that do not meet the requirements stated above, should this occur it will be returned to the customer at their own expense.
Once we receive your return we will notify you with your store credit / exchange approval.
Refunds / exchanges not applicable to sale items, all sales are final.
